Rooted Methodism is a dynamic, historically grounded course designed to help United Methodists explore the rich and complex story of their tradition—from its eighteenth-century beginnings to the present-day global church. Using a curated video-based curriculum, participants will trace how Methodism has been shaped by holiness, justice, mission, education, civic engagement, healthcare, women’s leadership, youth movements, and enduring struggles over race and human sexuality.
